مدة فترة التجربة لا تتجاوز ستة أشهر، ولا يجوز تعيين العامل تحت التجربة أكثر من مرة واحدة لدى نفس صاحب العمل. إذا تجاوز العامل فترة التجربة بنجاح واستمر في العمل، تحتسب تلك الفترة ضمن مدة خدمته.
نعم، للعامل حق إنهاء عقد العمل خلال فترة التجربة بشرط إخطار صاحب العمل خطياً قبل 14 يوماً إذا كانت الرغبة في مغادرة الإمارات، أو قبل شهر إذا كانت الرغبة بالانتقال إلى عمل آخر داخل الدولة، مع التعويض المناسب لصاحب العمل السابق حسب القانون.
لا يحق للعامل الحصول على إجازات مدفوعة الأجر خلال فترة التجربة، ولكن يمكنه استحقاق إجازات مرضية غير مدفوعة الأجر.
هو نظام تأمين اتحادي صدر بموجب المرسوم بقانون رقم 13 لسنة 2022، يوفر للعاملين تعويضاً نقدياً مؤقتاً لمدة تصل إلى 3 أشهر في حال تعطلهم عن العمل، مع شروط محددة لضمان العدالة والاستقرار الاجتماعي.
