Alya Salem Al Nuaimi is the Attorney And Founding Partner of ASA Law Firm and Legal Consultancy and Debt Collection. She has over nine years of legal experience in practicing law before all local and federal courts in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a high level of professionalism across various branches of the law, earning her a distinguished position within the legal community in the United Arab Emirates.

Alya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the United Arab Emirates University and is a licensed attorney authorized to represent clients before all levels of courts in the country, including the Courts of Cassation. She is also a certified legal document attester, licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, which authorizes her to notarize company incorporation contracts, amendments, and minutes of general assemblies.

Her areas of specialization include: litigation in civil, commercial, criminal, rental, labor, and personal status cases. She also has extensive experience in drafting and notarizing legal contracts, agreements, and settlements, as well as in company formation and commercial brokerage. In addition, she provides a wide range of legal consultations to both individuals and institutions in accordance with the highest professional and legal standards.

Maryam Muharib is the Managing Partner of ASA Law Firm and Legal Consultancy and Debt Collection, with extensive legal experience spanning over twelve years in the fields of advocacy and legal consultancy. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing the legal team and handling major cases with distinction and professionalism.

Ms. Maryam possesses specialized expertise in criminal law, including local and federal misdemeanours and felonies, state security cases, and narcotics-related offenses. She also has strong experience in construction and contracting disputes, making her a trusted legal advisor in these complex areas.

In addition, Ms. Maryam has in-depth legal expertise in civil marriage and divorce cases, as well as wills and inheritance matters concerning non-Muslims. She is highly skilled in conducting negotiations to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to litigation. Fluent in both Arabic and English, she excels in drafting contracts, cooperation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and amicable settlements, and she provides legal consultations to companies and individuals with the highest degree of professionalism.

Her expertise also extends to drafting corporate policies and internal regulations, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing operational quality standards. Furthermore, she plays an active role in training law students at various universities across the UAE and delivering legal awareness workshops across multiple areas of law.

Ms. Maryam Muharib holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Public Law from the United Arab Emirates University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Criminal Law.
