Maha Abdullah is a legal researcher holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Abu Dhabi University with First-Class Honors, and a Master’s degree in Private Law with a high distinction.
She has five years of professional experience in the legal field, gained through working at a number of reputable law firms in the United Arab Emirates. She has extensive experience in preparing and drafting claims and legal memoranda, filing and following up on cases, coordinating with lawyers and tracking hearing procedures, and managing and organizing legal files.
She also has specialized experience in enforcement files, including the enforcement of judgments, cancellation procedures, attachment of funds and real estate, and following up on enforcement procedures before the competent authorities and courts, in addition to providing legal opinions and advice on enforcement matters.
She excels in legal research and analysis, studying new legislation and laws as well as relevant judicial rulings and principles, with the ability to analyze facts and link them to legal provisions in order to arrive at the appropriate legal solution.
The combination of academic excellence and practical experience has helped her build a solid legal foundation and strengthen her skills in research, analysis, file management, and coordination, enabling her to handle a wide range of legal matters with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism, while remaining committed to continuous development and keeping pace with legal and legislative developments in the United Arab Emirates.
