Ms. Maryam possesses specialized expertise in criminal law, including local and federal misdemeanours and felonies, state security cases, and narcotics-related offenses. She also has strong experience in construction and contracting disputes, making her a trusted legal advisor in these complex areas.
In addition, Ms. Maryam has in-depth legal expertise in civil marriage and divorce cases, as well as wills and inheritance matters concerning non-Muslims. She is highly skilled in conducting negotiations to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to litigation. Fluent in both Arabic and English, she excels in drafting contracts, cooperation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and amicable settlements, and she provides legal consultations to companies and individuals with the highest degree of professionalism.
Her expertise also extends to drafting corporate policies and internal regulations, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing operational quality standards within the law firm. Ms. Maryam Muharib holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Public Law from the United Arab Emirates University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Criminal Law.
