ALYA SALEM ALNUAIMI LAW FIRM AND LEGAL CONSULTATIONS provides its clients with secure electronic payment methods, including:
Credit and Debit Cards (Visa / MasterCard)
Bank Transfers
Licensed and approved electronic payment gateways
Completion of payment constitutes an immediate legal obligation, and the Firm shall commence the provision of services only after successful payment confirmation.
Fees are determined in advance based on the type, scope, and duration of the service.
Fees may be charged as a fixed amount, hourly rate, or milestone-based payments, as agreed.
Fees do not include any governmental, judicial, expert, or third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise in the agreement.
The Client shall not be entitled to request any refund in the following cases:
If the Firm has commenced the service or taken any legal or professional action.
The Firm shall be deemed to have commenced work upon reviewing documents, providing legal consultation, preparing drafts, or communicating with any relevant authority.
If a legal consultation, written opinion, or memorandum has been provided.
Failure of the Client to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
If the Client withdraws from the service after commencement.
A partial refund may only be considered in the following cases:
If the service is cancelled before the Firm has fully commenced execution.
In the event of a documented technical error in the payment process.
If the Firm is unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to the Firm.
Any approved refund shall be subject to deduction of the value of services already rendered, in addition to administrative and/or banking fees.
The Client must notify the Firm at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
The Firm reserves the right to retain the full fee for late cancellations as compensation for the reserved service time.
Any dispute relating to payment or refunds shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The courts of the Emirate where the Firm’s head office is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Firm is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of payment data and does not store any credit card information.
All payment transactions are processed through secure electronic systems compliant with applicable data protection standards.
The Firm reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication through official channels or notification to the Client.
In the event that the Client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or card issuer without prior communication with the Firm, the Firm reserves the right to submit evidence proving the commencement or delivery of services. Such action shall be considered a violation of this policy and may subject the Client to legal liability.
By completing the payment, the Client acknowledges and confirms that he/she:
Has read and understood this Policy in full
Has accepted all its terms without reservation
Understands the nature, scope, and limitations of legal services and related responsibilities
