Alya Salem Al Nuaimi
Founder, Lawyer, Notary
Alya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the United Arab Emirates University and is a licensed attorney authorized to represent clients before all levels of courts in the country, including the Courts of Cassation. She is also a certified legal document attester, licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, which authorizes her to notarize company incorporation contracts, amendments, and minutes of general assemblies.

Her expertise also extends to drafting corporate policies and internal regulations, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing operational quality standards. Furthermore, she plays an active role in training law students at various universities across the UAE and delivering legal awareness workshops across multiple areas of law.
